Service Description

Who This class is for those who identify as Christian, those who are exploring faith or simply curious about the Christian faith. Where All my classes are taught outside on the balcony of The Eco Business Centre. Overlooking the beautiful vista of The Eco Town in Elmsbrook, allowing all your senses to be activated. What This class will teach you how to connect with your whole self, mind, body and spirit through movement, breathe work and meditation. I will use scripture from the bible as themes for our practise, covering the topics of life such as grief, joy, pain and hope. The modality of the movements will be Vinyasa, Restorative and Trauma Informed Yoga which is a beautiful mix of slow, fast and healing movement that will help you with your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.
