Service Description

Who This class is for adults and youth between ages 12 - 17 that are both new to yoga and those who want to get back into it. Where All my classes are taught outside on the balcony of The Eco Business Centre. Overlooking the beautiful vista of The Eco Town in Elmsbrook, allowing all your senses to be activated. What I teach Vinyasa, Restorative and Trauma Informed Yoga which is a beautiful mix of slow, fast and healing movement that will help you with your mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. I will teach you how to connect with your breath, strengthen your muscles, engage with your nervous system and practise guided meditation.
